Your information. Your choices.
Last updated: 24 October 2026
This notice explains the information used by the VoisageAI website and app. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@voisage.in.
When you contact us
The contact form sends your name, email address, topic and message to our support mailbox. We use that information to respond and resolve the request. Website security services may process your IP address and browser information to prevent abuse. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.
Your account
The app uses your email, chosen name and account authentication information. Google sign-in uses a verified Google identity; we do not receive your Google password. App notifications use device registration information. Signing in on another phone replaces the previous active mobile session.
Contacts and SIM information
With your Android permission, the app reads contacts to distinguish known and unknown callers and show contact information on your phone. Normalized contact phone numbers can be sent to the backend, stored encrypted, and used for your caller rules. Opening the phone-contact list does not upload contact photos or all contact details. Contacts you previously saved to your account may remain there. SIM information is used to configure your selected call protection and forwarding.
Calls, transcripts and recordings
Calls handled by the assistant are processed by telephony and AI service providers to generate responses and transcripts. We store call details, transcripts and summaries in your account. Recording is optional. When enabled, recordings are stored privately and may be used to improve the accuracy of that call’s transcript and summary. Access to transcripts and recordings requires account authorization.
Retention and downloads
The app offers transcript and recording retention choices, with a default of 30 days. Expired audio and transcripts are removed through the retention process. Downloaded copies remain on the device or wherever you save them, and are outside the app’s retention controls. Account and operational records may be kept separately to provide the service and handle support or security issues.
Your controls
You can change caller rules, assistant preferences and recording settings. You can revoke Android permissions through your phone settings. Turning off or removing the app is not a substitute for confirming that carrier forwarding has been disabled. For help with your information, contact support@voisage.in.
Service providers and security
Hosting, email, telephony, AI and notification providers process information required to deliver their services. Website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the browser request needed to serve them. Processing may take place outside your location. We use access controls and encryption for stored sensitive call content, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Website demos use fictional conversations, not customer call recordings.
Changes and questions
We may update this notice as the service changes. This page shows the latest update date. Contact support@voisage.in with questions about your information.
