These terms describe use of the VoisageAI website and personal call assistant. Questions can be sent to support@voisage.in.

The service

VoisageAI helps handle selected incoming calls, take messages, provide transcripts and summaries, and let you join a call when available. Website conversations are illustrative samples. Store badges marked Coming soon are not download links or promises of a release date.

Your account and phone

Provide accurate account information and only configure phone numbers and SIMs you are authorized to use. Keep account credentials private. The app currently supports one active mobile session per account. Android permissions, network access and carrier forwarding configuration affect availability.

Forwarding and availability

Forwarding is provided by your mobile carrier. Carrier charges and limitations can apply. Successful setup on one device or carrier does not guarantee availability on another. Confirm forwarding is disabled when you no longer want it; uninstalling or signing out does not necessarily disable a carrier setting. Do not rely on this service for emergency communications.

AI output

AI responses, caller classifications, transcripts and summaries can be incomplete or incorrect. Review important information and verify caller identity before acting. A caller providing a name is not identity verification. Your assistant must not be used to impersonate another person, make deceptive calls or provide instructions you are not authorized to give.

Recording and responsible use

Only record and process calls when you are entitled to do so. You are responsible for any notices or consent required for your circumstances. Do not use the service for harassment, fraud, illegal activity or attempts to access another person’s information.

Service changes

Features may change, be limited or be unavailable temporarily. Any paid offer should state its own pricing and billing terms before you purchase; this website does not currently advertise a paid plan.

Ending use

You may stop using the service at any time. The service may restrict access where necessary to address misuse or security issues. For assistance, visit Contact us.
